We plan different exercise programs according to each patient's condition.
Kinesio Taping technique is used by the physiotherapists to facilitate or inhibit the muscles. The technique of application differs according to the technique of application.
Dry needling is an invasive technique used in Physiotherapy. This technique is used to relieve the pain caused by trigger points in the muscles. The pain can be releived within 30 seconds if the technique is practised by a qualified therapist.
